- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I've always experienced excellent customer service when I've had to visit the post office. There are times when the lines are long and you wish they would move faster but the clerks are always courteous and professional. Inside is very clean and organized. Postage vending machine in outer lobby is great when you don't need to see a clerk for your needs. Outside drop off mailboxes are very convenient.By M J Jones, February 12, 2017

- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆You people leaving all the hate must only go to the post office once in a blue moon. I recently had to move out of the Fruit Cove area and now my mail works out of Sunbeam Rd (Bartram works out of Baymeadows). I use USPS every day and the Bartram office, while not perfect, seems like paradise compared to he!! hole on Sunbeam Rd. Most of the station personnel as well as the carriers are way better! I do most of my mail service online. I could do it ALL online when I lived in a house. It sucks having to do it from an apartment - trust me. Be thankful for what you have (and NO post office answers the phone on any regular basis + the 1-800-ASK-USPS is totally useless) - but who else will take a letter to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico (or even across the street) for you for under 50 cents?By Garner Ayers, September 28, 2016
