- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆had insurance for years with Jade. after having a claim and issues with the insurance company, Jade would not return calls and offered very,very little assistance. phones calls were not returned and just very bad customer service. the lady answering the phone always replied that Jade was not available for weeks of calls. I ended up going to another carrier for $220.00 less a year for the same coverage! if you are looking for insurance get it from a company that cares about their customers and not just their premiums.
